Missional Community -- Anti-Racism

Loop Church's Anti-Racism Group was formed with the goal of brainstorming, organizing, and implementing creative actions to fight white supremacist ideology in the contexts in which we as individuals and a group have power. We are motivated by our belief that all human beings are created in the image of God and by that same God's call to love our neighbors as we love ourselves. We believe that call extends into the pursuit of justice and have chosen to focus our efforts on working to dismantle racism wherever we can.

Our missional communities are groups of people who are committed to work together towards a common goal in a particular issue. The groups plan to gather twice a month ... once as a group for planning, prayer, and supporting one another, and another time for engaging in specific action.
